LineaRidgeRooflight
Forty metres of continuous ridge glazing over a distribution hall, sealed against wind-driven rain in a single pass.
(01) — Overview
A distribution hall needed daylight down its spine without a single leak path — the roof runs continuously for forty metres with no expansion break to hide a joint. We engineered a ridge rooflight with concealed drainage and thermally broken rafters that carries the full run as one sealed system.
The whole ridge was glazed from a rolling tower inside the live warehouse, so the racking below never came out. Water testing at handover ran the length of the ridge under driven spray — dry on the first pass.
